Sand bur. It generally grows in dry, sandy soils. Each of those burs are a seed packet carrying next years plants wherever they go. They are everywhere around the properties in the area. Make sure you keep your pets out of lawns so they don't get them in their fur and carry them inside the house.

Free parking in the driveway. Please be aware that they will tow cars parked on the street between the no parking signs
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays during high season. If you're here those days, please roll the trash cans to the curb. Also, Kill Devil Hills does not offer recycling pick-up. There is a recycling drop-off at 701 Bermuda Bay Boulevard. Check their website for more details: OBX Recycling.
Check out time: 10:00 am unless you purchased a late departure
Please leave the home clean. Wash all dishes, return to cabinets, remove all food and trash, and lock all doors and windows. Leave linens on beds and put towels in tubs/shower.
Place trash outside receptacles and leave receptacles by the road for curbside pick-up. Please don't leave the receptacles under the house. Refer to the information on the HappyStays App, your arrival email, your lease agreement, or your departure email for more details.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
